These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Craftora website and your engagement with Craftora Event Management (“Craftora”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for event, production, design, branding, fabrication, operations or related services.
1. About Craftora
Craftora is an event services company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our contact details are available on the Contact page and in any proposal or agreement issued for your project.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or copy and exploit its content without our written permission.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Information submitted through this website helps us understand your requirements. An enquiry, estimate or proposal does not create a binding contract unless and until both parties accept a written project agreement, quotation, purchase order or statement of work.
4. Project agreements
Each project is governed by the written agreement issued for that project. That agreement will set out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timelines, approvals, dependencies, cancellation terms and any project-specific responsibilities. If there is a conflict, the signed project agreement will take precedence over these website Terms.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required access, permits, brand assets and other materials needed for delivery. Delays, changes or additional work caused by missing information or late approvals may affect timelines and fees.
6. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Craftora retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, concepts, methods, templates, know-how and portfolio content. Upon full payment, the client receives the rights expressly granted in the applicable project agreement. You confirm that materials supplied by you do not infringe another person’s rights.
7. Third-party services and venues
Projects may depend on venues, suppliers, contractors, authorities, carriers or other third parties. We will use reasonable care in coordinating them, but their performance, availability, rules and charges may affect a project and may be outside our control.
8. Fees, changes and cancellation
Fees, payment milestones, change requests and cancellation charges are those stated in the applicable written project agreement. Work may be paused where an amount due is overdue or where required approvals, access or information have not been provided.
9. Warranties and liability
We will perform agreed services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party should protect confidential information received from the other party. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Events outside our control
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government action, public health events, strikes, utility failure, venue restrictions, transport disruption or supplier failure. The affected party will notify the other and the parties will work together on a reasonable solution.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Unless the applicable project agreement states otherwise, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these website Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Project-specific agreements remain governed by their own terms.
